CycleCore PQ — Terms of Service

1. Service

CycleCore PQ ("Service") is a post-quantum cryptography API operated by CycleCore Technologies ("we", "us"). By registering or using the API you agree to these terms.

The Service is provided for lawful purposes only. By using the Service you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Your API key is a secret credential. You are responsible for all usage under your key. Rotate or revoke compromised keys immediately via POST /v1/keys/rotate.

4. Service Tiers & Billing

Free tier: 1,000 ops/day, no charge. Paid tiers (Starter $49/mo, Pro $199/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the billing period. Enterprise pricing is by agreement.

5. Data

We process your messages only to perform the requested cryptographic operations (sign, verify, encrypt, decrypt). We do not store message content after the request completes. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we retain.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we use NIST-standardized algorithms (FIPS 203, 204), we make no guarantee of fitness for any particular security requirement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service meets your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleCore Technologies' liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account at least 14 days before taking effect.
